





Foodgel3000
Foodgel3000 is semi-refined and food grade IOTA Carrageenan extracted from Eucheuma spinosum seaweeds. It forms soft liquid gels in water and it foms strong gels in the presence of calcium ions in water which greatly enhances its gelling properties. Foodgel® 3000 is specially recommended for dairy product , bakery and confectionary.
