Functional Animal Protein FOODPRO® SI can be used as an alternative to part of the production meat or other functional ingredients in a wide range of processed meat products. FOODPRO® SI is a versatile functional animal protein, and used in combination with other functional ingredients, it has a beneficial synergistic effect.
FOODPRO® SI is based on food grade animal raw material- fresh pork skin. The proteins are manufactured using thermal and mechanical processes, ensuring you natural and microbiologically stable product with no known allergens.
Functional animal protein Foodpro® SI is different from other collagen products because it binds water and fact and thus it can be used in meat processing to add weight and to replace  hydrocolloids. It enhances the natural taste and flavor of meat products and in the same time decreases the manufacturing costs.
