Maltol

Maltol is in the shape of white crystalline powder and has special taste of butter scotch. When it is dissolved in dilute solution, it can give out a strawberry-like aroma. As a broad-spectrum flavour agent, Maltol has the function of aroma-enhancing, aroma-enforcing and sweetness-enhancing. As edible flavour and cosmetics essence, it is widely used in food, beverages, wine, cosmetics, pharmacy and other industries.
