无水葡萄糖为无色结晶或白色结晶性粉末;无臭、味甜,在水中易溶,在乙醇中微溶。
无水葡萄糖在糖果、糕点、饮料、冷食、饼干、滋补养生液、药品、果酱、果冻制品、蜂蜜加工制品等食品行业中可替代白砂糖使用 ( 甜度为砂糖的 60% — 70%) ,改善产品的口感,提高产品质量。
